My name is Chris "Bones" Burns, a two stripe black belt under Master Rickson Gracie and Professor Jason Roebig.

For my first 10 years in Jiu-Jitsu, I was just getting destroyed. Two medial tendons snapped. Cracked ribs. Torn ligaments. Broken bones. Fingers destroyed. I couldn't even stand up straight because my spine was damaged pursuing some flashy guard.
