Perfect! This challenge is designed for all skill levels. We start with the most fundamental frame and build from there. Many white belts are seeing better results than blue belts who've been training for years.
What if I can't train every day?
Most of our students train 1-3 times per week and still see great results. The challenge is designed for real people with jobs and families. You'll practice what you can, when you can, and still make progress.
How long do I have access to the challenge?
